As 2011 rolls in, I would like to take the opportunity to say “Thank You”.
Thank you for shopping online with us and for shopping in our retail stores.
2010 saw many business face challenging times and your custom both online and in our 19 retail stores means that Fine Wines Off Licence Group not only met those challenges head on, but have entered 2011 in good shape. While our ethos of excellent customer care, product range and outstanding value has been the backbone of our company, your continued support is what has brought us through 2010 and will see our company continue to thrive through 2011 and beyond.
With New Year in mind we have a few “New Years Resolutions of our own for 2011
1. We will continue to offer excellent quality products.
2. We will continue to give outstanding customer care.
3. We will continue to keep prices low.
4. We will continue to offer unbeatable value both online and in our stores.
5. We will always do our very best to keep, you, the customer happy.
We will continue to meet the needs of our customers in 2011 and you can look forward to Beer, Wines and Spirits at the right price, so thank you for keeping 162 people employed in 2010 and in their own words…………..
